We pride ourselves in our product quality with strict quality control in place. To provide you with additional peace of mind, we also offer a 90-Day Return Policy for the following reasons.

  • The product customization information does not match or an error in customization.
  • Wrong or lost shipment.

LIMITED COVERAGE

The following reasons are covered by our LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy. The customer is responsible for the return postage fees and replacement postage fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Also, a 30% customization fee based on each returned product’s unit price shall be deducted when processing the refund.

  • Chose the wrong size for the product.
  • Personal reasons due to personal taste, changed mind, etc.
  • The delivery time consists of two components – processing time AND shipping time. Keep in mind that shipping time is merely an estimated figure provided by our shipping carriers. If you have a specific and tight desired delivery date, we recommend reaching out to us before making your purchase. If your package arrives late in such cases, please be aware that our policy will only provide limited coverage for the delay. In such cases, we can only refund the difference in cost between your chosen shipping method (express/expedited) and the standard shipping option. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Customers also have the option to forgo returning the item and instead request a coupon for their next purchase.

No Return / Refund & Exchange ItemsThe following reasons are NOT covered by our return policy. We are not liable for these issues.

  • Product damage is caused by exposure to corrosive substances or chemicals. Product damage by misused, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer’s handling.
  • Products with customized texts, photos, or personal design instructions.
  • Products that exceed the return processing time limit.
  • Partial returns or exchange of products from a set item is not acceptable.
  • Not the product itself, but only the other items or gifts included with the order.
  • Coupon code or gift card.

Notes:

  • Our Team must authorize all returns via Email / Support Center. Returned items without that condition will not be accepted.
  • Please note that due to variations in the display and production processes, the final color of the product may not be an exact match. We anticipate a color accuracy of approximately 70-90%.

Returns Procedure & Time-Frame

To ensure a smooth returns process, please carefully follow the steps outlined below:

  • If your item is eligible for return (as mentioned above), please submit a ticket to our Support Center, including the following information: Order number, Product name, and Reason for return.
  • Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours, providing you with the return address or any additional questions/information related to your case.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will send you an email notification and proceed with an exchange or a refund within 3 days.
  • Please allow our after-sales team 3-6 business days to process your request.
  • For credit card refunds, please allow 7-14 business days for the transaction to be processed.
  • For PayPal refunds, the transaction may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs & Address

We strive to provide beneficial services for all our valued customers. Customers from around the world can return their items to our warehouse.

All shipping fees, including those for returns or exchanges, are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend contacting your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We suggest using the most affordable registered airmail method available.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn’t been credited.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing time involved before the refund is reflected.
  • If you have completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@trendyaloha.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, while sale items cannot be refunded.

Changing and Cancelling Orders

For changing or canceling the orders, please contact us as soon as possible via support@trendyaloha.com, providing your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made. Please note that change or cancellation of your order may not be accepted in certain cases.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 04 hours (weekdays) or 12 hours (weekends) of placing the order. After that, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled. Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
